Our Ingredients

At Ashihana, we serve dishes centered around edible wild plants and wild mushrooms to showcase the natural bounty of this area.

Wild produce is only in season momentarily. We capture that moment for you by sharing the produce at its best, using simple cooking techniques. Come and enjoy the unique tastes of Yatsugatake’s four seasons.

All prices include tax. Dinner by reservation only.
